1. Order Cancellation Policy

At Benefit India, we understand that circumstances may change. Here's our cancellation policy:

1.1 Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch
  • To cancel, contact us at +91-9259204444 or email info@benefitindia.in
  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of order placement will be processed immediately
  • Full refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days

1.2 After Dispatch

  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
  • You may refuse delivery and the product will be returned to us
  • Refund will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges
  • Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer

1.3 After Delivery/Installation

  • Cancellation after installation is subject to our return policy (see Section 2)
  • Installation charges are non-refundable
  • Product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

2.1 Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened products
  • Condition: Product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Documentation: Original invoice and warranty card must be provided
  • Quality Check: Returned product will be inspected before refund approval

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Products with missing accessories or manuals
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Customized or specially ordered products
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

2.3 Defective Products

  • Defective products can be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • We will arrange for inspection by our technician
  • If confirmed defective, we will provide replacement or full refund
  • Pick-up will be arranged at no additional cost for defective products

3. Return Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Step 2: Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved

Step 3: Pack the Product

Pack the product securely in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice

Step 4: Ship or Schedule Pick-up

Either ship the product to our address or we will arrange pick-up (for defective products)

Step 5: Quality Inspection

We will inspect the returned product within 3-5 business days

Step 6: Refund Processing

If approved, refund will be initiated to your original payment method

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Methods

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • For cash payments, refund will be via bank transfer (provide bank details)
  • Store credit can be offered as an alternative (valid for 1 year)

4.2 Refund Timeline

4.3 Refund Deductions

  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable (unless product is defective)
  • Installation Charges: Non-refundable
  • Restocking Fee: 10% may be charged for opened but unused products
  • Return Shipping: Customer's responsibility (unless product is defective)

5. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges under certain conditions:

  • Exchange available within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Exchange only for same or higher value product
  • Price difference must be paid for higher value products
  • No cash refund for lower value exchanges (store credit will be issued)
  • Defective products can be exchanged within warranty period

6. Warranty Claims

For warranty-related issues:

  • Contact our service center for warranty claims
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repairs
  • Free repair or replacement will be provided for valid warranty claims
  • Refunds are not available for warranty claims (only repair/replacement)

7. Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Do not use or install the product
  • We will arrange for immediate replacement or refund
  • Pick-up will be scheduled at no additional cost

8. Special Cases

8.1 Custom Orders

  • Custom or specially ordered products are non-refundable
  • Cancellation charges may apply after order confirmation

8.2 Bulk Orders

  • Different terms may apply for bulk corporate orders
  • Contact our sales team for bulk order cancellation/refund terms

8.3 AMC and Service Packages

  • Annual Maintenance Contracts are non-refundable
  • Unused service visits may be transferred (subject to conditions)

9. Important Notes

  • All refunds are subject to product quality inspection
  • Return shipping is customer's responsibility unless product is defective
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy criteria
  • Original payment method will be used for all refunds
  • Processing time excludes bank processing days
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue date
